Speaker: Prof. Jon Holt, Scarecrow Consultants

Join Professor Jon Holt, the ‘Engineer in the Hat’, for a magical evening of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

In this family lecture, he will be exploring the power of numbers and the impact that they have on our everyday lives and why they are so important for STEM. Learn how we can use numbers to predict the future, read minds and influence our lives. Explore how we can also use numbers for the greater good and the not-so-greater good!

Expect an evening of wonder with plenty of audience participation, terrible jokes, a bed-time story, incredible feats of memory and some mind-blowing magic.

This performance is suitable for children and adults of any age.

(please note that all children under 16 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times, the organisers will not be responsible for children left unattended)
